Ingredients:
- 200g of all-purpose flour
- 50g of granulated sugar
- 30g of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1 large egg
- 100ml of whole milk
- 50g of melted butter
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 100g of dark chocolate (for glazing)
- 50ml of heavy cream
- Sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease the donut pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Transfer the batter to a piping bag and fill the donut pan evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the donuts cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
- Melt the dark chocolate with heavy cream in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Dip the tops of the donuts into the chocolate glaze and let the excess drip off.
- Sprinkle with decorative sprinkles while the glaze is still wet.
- Allow the glaze to set before serving.
