Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup of grated cheese

- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 tablespoon of flour

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the egg yolks with the butter until creamy.
- Gradually add the flour, salt, and pepper to the yolks, then mix in the milk until smooth.
- Fold the cheese into the yolk mixture and gently combine the beaten egg whites, being careful not to deflate them.
- Pour the mixture into a greased soufflé dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden and puffed. Do not open the oven during cooking.
- Once done, remove from oven and serve immediately for the best texture.
