Ingredients:

  • 200g of fresh salmon fillet
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Knife
  • Chopping Board

Instructions:

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Season the salmon fillet with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  • Dice the avocado, tomato, and red onion, and combine them in a mixing bowl.
  • Add lime juice to the avocado mixture and stir gently to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the seasoned salmon fillet on the grill. Cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, depending on the thickness, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Once cooked, remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
  • Plate the salmon and top it with the avocado salsa. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
