Ingredients:
- 200g of fresh salmon fillet
- 1 avocado
- 1 medium tomato
- 1/4 red onion
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the salmon fillet with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Dice the avocado, tomato, and red onion, and combine them in a mixing bowl.
- Add lime juice to the avocado mixture and stir gently to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the seasoned salmon fillet on the grill. Cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, depending on the thickness, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Once cooked, remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
- Plate the salmon and top it with the avocado salsa. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
