Ingredients:
- 300g of ripe mango flesh
- 100g of granulated sugar
- 150ml of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 15g of fresh basil leaves
- 1 pinch of salt
- 150ml of water

Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the ripe mango flesh, granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- In a saucepan, heat the water over medium heat. Once it's warm, add the basil leaves and steep for about 10 minutes to infuse the flavor.
- Strain the basil-infused water into the mango mixture, and add the freshly squeezed lime juice. Blend again until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
- Transfer the sorbet to a container and freeze for at least 1 hour before serving to firm up the texture.
