Ingredients:
- 200g of turkey breast
- 50g of fresh rosemary
- 50g of fresh thyme
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 150g of mashed potatoes
- 30g of unsalted butter
- 100ml of chicken broth
- 50ml of olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine finely chopped rosemary, thyme, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to create a herb mixture.
- Rub the herb mixture all over the turkey breast.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth around it.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 90 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- While the turkey is roasting, bring a pot of water to a boil and add the potatoes.
- Cook the potatoes until tender, then drain them and return to the pot.
- Add butter and mash until smooth, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Once the turkey is done, let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve the sliced turkey breast with garlic mashed potatoes on the side.
