Ingredients:
- 500g of whole wheat flour
- 350ml of warm water
- 10g of active dry yeast
- 10g of salt
- 20ml of olive oil
- 15g of honey

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour and salt, stirring well to incorporate.
- In a separate bowl, mix the warm water, yeast, and honey; let it stand for about 10 minutes until frothy.
- Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour mix, stirring until a dough forms.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 10-15 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, covering it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Once risen, deflate the dough and shape it into a loaf.
- Place the loaf in a greased loaf pan, cover again, and let it rise for another 30-45 minutes until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F) and bake the bread for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and hollow sounding when tapped on the bottom.
- Allow the bread to cool on a wire rack before slicing.
