Ingredients:

  • 100g of rolled oats
  • 350ml of almond milk
  • 50g of chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 30g of walnuts, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Fresh berries for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Saucepan
  • Blender
  • Serving bowl
  • Measuring cup
  • Spoon

Instructions:

  • In a saucepan, combine rolled oats, almond milk, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Once simmering, reduce the heat to low and cook for about 20 minutes, or until the oats are tender and absorb most of the liquid.
  • In a blender, add chia seeds, honey, banana, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth to create a creamy sauce.
  • When the oats are finished cooking, mix in the chia pudding and stir well to combine.
  • Transfer the oatmeal to a serving bowl and top with chopped walnuts and fresh berries for garnish.
