Ingredients:
- 100g of rolled oats
- 350ml of almond milk
- 50g of chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 banana, sliced
- 30g of walnuts, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Fresh berries for garnish

Instructions:
- In a saucepan, combine rolled oats, almond milk, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Once simmering, reduce the heat to low and cook for about 20 minutes, or until the oats are tender and absorb most of the liquid.
- In a blender, add chia seeds, honey, banana, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth to create a creamy sauce.
- When the oats are finished cooking, mix in the chia pudding and stir well to combine.
- Transfer the oatmeal to a serving bowl and top with chopped walnuts and fresh berries for garnish.
