Ingredients:
- 200g of all-purpose flour
- 200g of unsalted butter, softened
- 200g of granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 50ml of milk
- 2 teaspoons of lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the lemon zest and milk until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
